Where to see your credit balance, what spends credits, how agent chat is billed, and how to add credits or manage your plan.

Read the guide, then turn it into a concrete plan for your brand.
Genfeed Cloud meters generation and other managed work in credits. Credits belong to your organization, so everyone in the workspace draws from the same balance. This article explains where to see your balance, what spends credits, and where to manage your plan.
Prices, included credits, and plan terms change independently of the product. Use genfeed.ai/pricing and the checkout screen as the source of truth before you buy.
Genfeed Cloud has three offers: Pay As You Go, Agencies and Done for you. Pay As You Go has no monthly subscription; you buy credits when you need them. Agencies is a self-serve subscription that includes credits each month, and Done for you is arranged with Genfeed directly.
You can add credits to any plan from the Credits page. Choose Add credit, pick a preset pack or enter a custom amount, and complete checkout.
Open Settings, switch to your organization, and choose
Credits (/{orgSlug}/~/settings/credits). The page
shows your Balance and Credits left, a
progress bar for Credits left this cycle, and a low-credit
warning when the organization falls below 1,000 credits. The top bar shows the
same balance, with a Buy credits shortcut.
4,900). From 100,000 credits the top bar
abbreviates it (124k, 1.2M); hover to see the exact
number.0.4, 12.5). Anything below 0.1 shows as
<0.1, and zero shows as Free.Agent chat is billed by usage. One message can take several model rounds, for example one round to call a tool and another to write the answer. For each round Genfeed holds an estimate against your balance, runs the model, then settles the hold to the real amount from the tokens actually used. A short reply costs less than a long, tool-heavy one. If a round fails before it completes, the hold is released.
Tools the agent calls, such as image or video generation, are billed at their own credit cost in addition to the chat rounds.
Without an active paid subscription, every agent turn runs on DeepSeek V4 Flash. Model pickers show "Free plans run every agent on DeepSeek V4 Flash. Upgrade to choose any model." instead of the model list. A paid plan lets you choose the model per turn.
Open Settings → Subscription
(/{orgSlug}/~/settings/subscription) to see your plan, when the
current period ends, and the plan options. Choose Switch to
<plan> to change tiers, or Open Billing Portal
to manage the subscription in Stripe's hosted portal.
Settings → Usage shows cost and usage reports, at both the organization and the brand level.
The top bar turns critical and reads "You are out of credits. Buy more to keep generating." Metered actions are refused until you add credits or your plan's monthly credits renew.
